These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from events.hillier.co.uk. By placing a pre-paid order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below in addition to our standard Online Shop Terms and Conditions for ticketed event purchases.
If you have provided your Hillier Gardening Club number at the time of booking, your relevant points will be added to your Gardening Club account within 60 days of the last event in the series.
Breakfast with Father Christmas
- While this event would be enjoyed by all ages, we recommend that children aged 3-10 years old will get the most enjoyment out of it. Gifts change each year so you will not receive the same gift as the prior year.
- All bookings must include at least one adult and one child ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Larger groups of six or more may need to be seated at separate tables, but will be seated close together.
- All menu choices and dietary information must be provided at the time of booking. Please note we are unfortunately unable to provide Gluten Free options except for Weyhill and Aldermaston.
- All adults and children attending must have paid for a ticket and selected a meal choice. Infants one year and under can attend for free, but will not receive a meal or gift. There is no additional space for guests without paid tickets.
- Sessions start promptly at 9am, please arrive in time for a prompt start.
- During service, Father Christmas and his helper will visit each table and speak to the children. Children will receive a toy suitable for their age. Adults do not receive gifts.
- A two week notice period is required for any cancellations or date changes in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations less than two weeks before the booking unfortunately will not receive a refund.
Storytime with Father Christmas

Wreath Making Workshops
- Tickets for Hillier workshops are non-refundable and full payment must be taken at the time of booking. If a place needs to be cancelled, please cancel with as much notice as you can. If there is a reserve list, it may be possible for your space to be filled and your fee refunded.
- All Hillier Workshops require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not achieved then participants will be fully refunded.
- All dietary information must be provided at the time of booking. Please note we are unfortunately unable to provide Gluten Free options except for Weyhill and Aldermaston.
- Foliage and decorations may vary, but there will be a choice of decorations to choose from in all locations.
- Braishfield’s Wreath Workshop will take place at Ampfield House and not at the Garden Centre.
- Wreath workshops include all materials needed to make a Christmas wreath and a sweet treat and hot drink during the workshop.
Christmas Lunch and Festive Afternoon Tea
- Advance booking required—please reserve at least 2 days in advance.
- Payment is required at the time of booking. If you have a gift card, please call your local restaurant to make your booking using your gift card.
- All dietary information must be provided at the time of booking. Please note that, unfortunately, Gluten Free options are ONLY available at our Weyhill and Aldermaston locations
- If you need to cancel your booking, please contact your local restaurant at least 2 days in advance of your booking to receive a full refund. Please note that cancellations made less than 2 days prior to your booking qualify for a 50% refund of the original full payment
