Known for their excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, these leeks develop thick, firm shanks topped with dark green foliage. Ideal for sowing indoors in January or February, or outdoors from March to April, they can be harvested from December through to the following April, ensuring fresh, robust leeks throughout the colder months.
