Unwins Pennisetum Alopecuroides ‘Viridescens’ is a graceful hardy perennial grown for its bright green foliage and soft, tactile flowerheads with a subtle purple tinge. Flowering from late summer into autumn, it adds gentle movement and texture to borders and combines beautifully with flowering perennials. Sow seeds indoors or directly outdoors from spring to early autumn, and enjoy elegant colour and structure well into the cooler months.
