RHS Award of Garden Merit

The Plum Opal Bush Fruit Tree (Prunus 'Opal') is one of the most reliable and rewarding plum varieties for the garden. Often called the early Victoria, it produces medium-sized, reddish-purple fruits with a superbly sweet flavour and freestone flesh that’s easy to prepare. This self-fertile variety is ideal for smaller gardens, offering heavy crops without a pollination partner. Supplied in a 12L pot at around 150cm tall, it’s attractive to pollinators and makes a lovely addition to borders or patios. Harvest delicious fruit from July and enjoy the taste of summer straight from your garden.
