At participating Hillier Restaurants*, join us for a traditional Christmas lunch – the celebrated roast turkey.

Choose from a freshly roasted, succulent breast of British turkey, a sausage and bacon roll, sage and onion stuffing, and tangy cranberry sauce, or our delectable vegetarian option of baked flat mushroom nut roast with cranberry sauce and a rich sage and onion gravy. If you fancy something different, we have a delightful potato topped smoked haddock and hake mornay, made with cheddar and parsley sauce, which is sure to hit the spot. All of our delicious Christmas options are served with a medley of complimentary seasonal vegetables: roasted potatoes, red cabbage, Brussel sprouts, and roasted parsnips.

Complete your lunch with our appetising apple and mincemeat crumble with brandy sauce, or try our crisp cherry and chocolate layer slice, with cream and chocolate crumb.

Festive Afternoon Tea for Two | £40

Visit us for an irresistible festive treat this Christmas as we offer our seasonal Hillier Afternoon Tea.

Taste the flavour sensations of our Christmas sandwiches, including festive chicken and the beloved egg and cress. Sample the delicacies of mincemeat shortbread, vanilla sponge with miniature gingerbread, and indulge in a yoghurt-topped cranberry flapjack and chocolate cream éclair. Of course, it wouldn’t be afternoon tea without the scones! So, this year, we are excited to introduce our new festive orange and cranberry scone, with clotted cream and a cranberry compote that is Christmas heaven for your tastebuds, all served with limitless freshly brewed tea or filter coffee.
