Product Details

The Forest Garden 6ft Decibel Noise Reduction Fence Panel is a smart, good-looking solution for cutting down unwanted noise in your garden. Using clever construction and advanced board design, it’s built to reflect and diffuse sound rather than let it pass through. The 17mm thick interlocking boards feature extended tongue and groove joints and are fixed within a rebated frame, helping to prevent gaps from forming and maximising noise reduction performance.

Each board is made using Triform technology, giving it a triangular profile on both sides of the panel. This breaks up sound waves as they hit multiple faces, reducing the amount of noise that travels through. Independent testing has shown these panels can reduce noise levels by up to 30 decibels, roughly the difference between a petrol lawnmower and normal conversation. Supplied as a pack of five, these panels are ideal for creating a quieter, more relaxing outdoor space without compromising on appearance.

For best results, panels should be securely fixed to posts with no gaps. Mounting on gravel boards to increase overall fence height beyond 2 metres can further improve noise reduction.
