Return & Refund Terms
If you wish to return an item purchased from Hillier Online Shop at your own cost, then a refund for the purchase price of the product will be issued, along with the original delivery charge.
If you would like us to arrange the collection of an item, then a refund for the purchase price of the product will be issued, along with the original delivery charge. We will however, deduct the following fees from the refund to cover the collection charge:
Products weighing less than 10kg = £5.00
Products weighing between 10kg and 25kg = £10.00
Products weighing more than 25kg = £20.00
Please note that items to be returned need to be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. Items judged not to be in a re-sellable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of £10.
Damaged Goods Terms
If for any reason your order arrives to you damaged or is damaged upon inspection please send pictures of the damaged product to sales@vegtrug.com. We will endeavour to replace the broken, damaged or missing parts in the first instance.
Shipping Terms
Deliveries take up to 5 working days unless otherwise stated and will be made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
