Grown on our own nursery
A hardy, perennial grass that forms an upright clump of slender, flat, linear blue leaves with red tips. Purplish bronze flowers appear in long racemes on branched stems rising above the foliage in August. In autumn the leaves turn a red maroon in colour and the flowers are followed by attractive seed heads which persist through the winter. Most effective when mass planted, but also useful as a accent in borders, in containers.
