Hillier and Syon Park Estate are currently hard at work creating an inspiring destination garden centre, transforming the visitor experience in time for the spring 2021 opening of Hillier Garden Centre Syon Park.
Visitors will be able to enjoy a centre brimming with plants and trees, many grown by Hillier at our nurseries in Hampshire; quality gardening accessories, garden furniture and outdoor cooking ranges plus unique giftware and much more. Find food items at the carefully curated Farm Shop, or take in the spectacular surroundings at the new Clocktower Café and Courtyard Restaurant.
Follow our journey here and we look forward to welcoming you in spring 2021!
Hillier was founded in 1864 by Edwin Hillier and remains a family-run nursery to this day with the fifth generation now actively involved. The company employs over 700 staff across its wholesale nursery, amenity trees and 18 Garden Centres; grows almost one million plants a year and is the largest tree grower in the UK.
Over the years, Hillier has been responsible for numerous plant introductions, many of which have become essentials in British gardens and the company continues with the tradition of innovation and the introduction of new garden plants in the present day.
Hillier is the most successful exhibitor in the history of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, having been awarded 74 consecutive gold medals.
