Find answers to a number of questions about our Hillier Gardening Club, from how to join, earning and redeeming points to updating your details. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please view all FAQs or contact us using our online form.

How do I join the Gardening Club?

There are now two ways to join the Hillier Gardening Club, making it even easier to get the benefits of membership. Visit the Gardening Club page of this website and join up online for free now. A ‘virtual’ membership card will be created for you to use to collect points online or when shopping in our Garden Centres. Alternatively, next time you visit one of our Garden Centres ask a member of staff at the till. We can help you join for free and activate your membership card immediately once we have your details.

How do I earn loyalty points?

Loyalty points are automatically earned at a rate of 5 points for every £1 spent on anything in Hillier Garden Centres, Hillier Restaurants or via our Online Shop. Full information is available in our Gardening Club Terms & Conditions.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

Your loyalty points are converted into your Gardening Club Reward Vouchers twice a year, once in spring and once in autumn. Every point is worth £0.01.

Reward Vouchers are sent directly to all customers who have opted in to receive our postal mailings – you will receive these so long as you have reached a minimum voucher value of £0.50. They will also automatically be available via your Gardening Club account online, allowing you to easily use them for purchases via our Online Shop, or to find and show them at the till at Hillier Garden Centres.

I have made a purchase but my membership card was not scanned, how do I get my points?

Please bring your receipt into the centre on your next visit along with your Gardening Club membership card. Points earned can be added retroactively on our tills. You can also find e-receipts for your purchases via your Gardening Club account online, so no need to worry if you have misplaced the original receipt.

How do I update my Gardening Club account details?

You can now manage your account online via the Gardening Club section of this website, where you can update your details, view past purchases and more. If this is your first time using the Gardening Club account section online, you will be prompted to first create your online account. This is very quick and simple to do. Alternatively, you can always still update your details at the till in your local Garden Centre.

How do I replace a lost or damaged Gardening Club Membership Card?

The easiest way to do this is through your Gardening Club account online. Login and navigate to the Lost Gardening Club Card area where you can request a new one. You can also request a new membership card at the till in your local Hillier Garden Centre. All existing account information and loyalty points will be automatically transferred to your new card.

I have not received any mailings from the Gardening Club?

There could be a number of reasons as to why you have not received your Gardening Club mailings. Please contact us directly at club@hillier.co.uk and we will be able to help.

Can I have a joint membership with two membership cards?

Yes, a joint account can be set up with two different membership card numbers. Accounts will be linked so points earned against either card contribute to one total, mailings will only be sent to the designated ‘main’ account. Linked accounts can be set up at the till in your local centre, or contact us via club@hillier.co.uk. Joint account holders will also have separate online Gardening Club account areas, with total combined points earned showing on both accounts.
