Tilia cordata Greenspire is a select form of the Small Leaved Linden that is broadly upright in form and ideal for street planting. The upright branches are ascending and uniform which lends itself to being planted as avenues.

It is an American selection that was brought to the market in 1961 and achieved the Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit in 2002. Just as the species, this selection is free from aphids and the associated honeydew.

Size 10m high x 5m wide after 25 years. Ultimately a medium to large tree.
Canopy A uniformed broadly pyramidal selection.
Foliage Heart-shaped (cordate) and Aphid free!
Flowers Fragrant ivory flowers in late July – Bee friendly.
