Restricted Services to Customers at Hillier Cash & Carry Romsey


Having considered the official UK government advice, we have decided to temporarily suspend the normal service offered at our Cash & Carry site on our Brentry Nursery site at Jermyns Lane near Romsey in order to safeguard our customers and staff. Until further notice, we will be operating an appointment only service. 

This service is ONLY available at our Cash & Carry Romsey. All our other Cash & Carry sites and our garden centres are closed until further notice.

We are ensuring that we behave in a responsible manner in the current climate. We are committed to looking after the health and well-being of our customers and colleagues.


Cash and Carry Facility


We will be operating an appointment only system, working on a one customer in, one customer out basis. Please DO NOT turn up to our Cash & Carry Romsey site without an appointment.


Appointments


Appointments can be made by phoning our Cash & Carry team on 01794 368832.

Appointments will be available from 8am – 3.15pm (Friday 2.15pm)

Each customer will be given a 45 minute appointment slot.

If the customer prior to you is still on site when you arrive, we will ask you to remain in your vehicle until that customer has left.

 

Orders & Payments


We would prefer customers to phone or email (landscapecollection@hillier.co.uk) their orders through 24 hours prior to your appointment time, and our team will then collate your order and have it available for collection at your allotted appointment time. 


We appreciate you may not always know exactly what plants you require and so trolleys will be available for you to use to select your own plants. The team will happy to offer advice - from a safe distance.


We will NOT be accepting cash payments, it will be card payments only please. We will require every customer to bring in their Trade Card so we can scan it. (Without a trade card I’m afraid we will be unable to serve you.)

 

Deliveries


Deliveries can be arranged by phone. Our delivery drivers will not come into close contact with you and will keep their 2-metre distance as per government guidelines.

During this pandemic we will not be asking customers to sign their delivery notes.

We will strive to provide a normal delivery service to you and thank you for your support.
