Revised Operating Procedure at Hillier Cash & Carry, Romsey. No appointments Required.
Having considered the updated Government advice, we have decided to revert back to a more traditional operating procedure at our Cash & Carry site on our Brentry Nursery site, Jermyns Lane, Romsey. You will no longer be required to book an appointment; customers will be served whenever they turn up. However, in order to safeguard our customers and staff, will be adhering to the COVID-19 social distancing rules.
We are ensuring that we behave in a responsible manner in the current climate. We are committed to looking after the health and well-being of our customers and colleagues.
Cash and Carry Facility
will be operating a turn up and be served system, but will only be allowing
one customer in to the Cash & Carry office at a time and we are asking
customers to respect the 1m+ distancing rules.
you would prefer to make an appointment, then that can still be done by
Cash & Carry team on
Orders & Payments
We would still prefer customers to
phone or email (email@example.com) their orders through 24
hours prior to your appointment time, and our team will then collate your order
and have it available for collection on an agreed day.
We appreciate you may not always know exactly what plants you require and so trolleys will be available for to use to select your own plants and the team will happy offer advice (from a safe distance!)
Payments – We will NOT be accepting cash payments, it will be card payments only please. We will require every customer to bring in their Trade Card so we can scan it. (Without a trade card I’m afraid we will be unable to serve you.)
Deliveries can be arranged by phone. Our delivery drivers will not come into close contact with you and will keep their 2-metre distance as per government guidelines.
Our cash & Carry is open from 7.30am – 4pm (Friday 3pm)
