Are dogs allowed into the Garden Centre and Food Halls?
All dogs are welcome in our Garden Centres.
However, please note the following:
- Only service dogs are allowed in indoor areas of our Restaurants.
- All dogs are allowed in outdoor areas of our Restaurants.
- Only service dogs are allowed in our food halls.
What products are available in the Food Halls?
The Food Halls offer fresh produce, locally sourced items, seasonal foods, speciality and luxury products, and a range of well‑known brands. Many centres also stock popular treats, drinks and artisan goods.
Do all Hillier centres have a Food Hall?
Hillier has continued to offer many of the most popular products previously available at Rosebourne, based on customer feedback. The Food Halls continue to focus on high‑quality, seasonal and locally sourced items.
Do you still have the same products as Rosebourne?
We have listened to our new customers and understand what you like and dislike about the range Rosebourne supplied. We have made sure that those products you love have remained. This is especially true when it comes to the fantastic foodhalls. We have gone to great lengths to keep these products available for you. As the foodhalls have been so popular we have now begun implementing the “Rosebourne Foodhalls” in our other centres also. Our refurbished Newbury Centre is a great example of this.

Hillier works with local producers and suppliers to offer fresh, seasonal and regionally sourced food. Supporting local businesses is an important part of the Food Hall approach.

How do I join the Hillier gardening club?
You can now join the Gardening Club in store or on this website. You can update your details, view past purchases and more online. If this is your first time using the Gardening Club account section online, you will be prompted to first create your online account. This is very quick and simple to do. Alternatively, you can always still update your details at the till in your local Garden Centre.
