From writing a letter to Santa to what you put on top of your tree to when you eat your Christmas dinner, we know the ways people celebrate Christmas are very individual and often very different.
We love to know what makes your season special. So, this year, we are inviting you all to share your memorable Christmas traditions with us.
Visit your local Hillier Garden Centre, where you will find a ‘traditions tree’ in among our Christmas displays. Take a peaceful moment among the bustle of festive preparations to stop and write your traditions in our dedicated books, hang a tag from the branches of the tree and enjoy reading the favourite traditions of others.
You can also find a small selection below. We will keep adding to these in the run-up to Christmas, so bookmark this page and return again and follow us on Facebook for more!
‘Traditions trees’ can be found now in every Hillier Garden Centre.
Your Christmas Traditions
“As a family, we always leave out reindeer food for Rudolph, plus a mince pie and festive tipple for Santa.”
“We always invite the neighbours for mulled wine on Christmas Eve. People drop by all afternoon to say “Merry Christmas!””
