We are delighted to announce a new range of cooking classes for 2018 at a select number of Hillier Garden Centres.

No matter your experience, if you’re looking for a fun and informal way to gain some confidence in the art of meringue making and some new ideas to take home, our relaxed and creative classes are the perfect match.

So come and join us to master the meringue in this delicious dessert-making session and find out how to create perfect meringue shells, a delectable Queen of Puddings and then create your own luscious lemon meringue roulade with homemade lemon curd to take home.

Approximately 2.5 hours
2.00pm – 4.30pm Newbury
6.00pm – 8.30pm Botley

£49 per person, payable at time of booking
(Cost includes demonstrations and hands-on cookery, ingredients, recipe tasters, a dessert to make and take home, plus helpful recipe cards)
