Our Botley Garden Centre offers two welcoming spaces perfect for gatherings of all kinds, from business meetings and away days to christenings, baby showers, and celebrations of life. Both rooms can be tailored to suit your event, with flexible layouts and decoration options.
The Orangery
(25-30 guests)
A bright, airy conservatory-style room ideal for smaller events. Its natural light and relaxed atmosphere make it a lovely choice for intimate celebrations or informal meetings.
The Function Room
(50–60 guests)
A larger, versatile space suitable for bigger groups. This room includes a built‑in projector with HDMI connection, making it great for presentations, slideshows, or business events.
Food, Drink & Pricing:
- Refreshment packages range from £10–£25 per person.
- Drinks can be provided on request.
- Bespoke menus can be created to suit your event.
- A minimum spend of £200 applies to both rooms.
Making the Space Yours
We’ll set the room up to match your preferred layout, and you’re welcome to add your own decorations (with a few safety restrictions). Once your event is over, our team takes care of all the tidying up so you can simply enjoy the day.
