Fish is a healthy and high-protein food that plays an important part in diets. Join our brand new ‘cooking with fish’ workshop and learn how to make exciting fish-based recipes.

At the workshop, our expert chefs will show how to create a number of wonderful recipes. Fish takes centre stage with a fish pie that is perfect for family meals, and a salmon with stem ginger baked in filo, served with a white wine cream sauce. For occasions that call for something a bit special, we will also show you how to create a Scandinavian gravadlax that is ideal for when you are entertaining.

The workshop will incorporate expert demonstrations, plus your own hands-on creation. At the end, you will have the opportunity to sample everything that has been freshly prepared - as well as having a goodie from the class to take home!
